Advantages of Renting

Renting offers flexibility, allowing you to upgrade to a newer model or switch to a different type of C-arm as your needs change, without the cost and logistics of selling the old one. When you rent, the rental company is responsible for maintaining and servicing the equipment, which can save you time and money on maintenance and repair costs. Purchasing requires a significant upfront investment, which may not be feasible for all facilities. Renting allows you to access the equipment you need without a large upfront investment.

Purchasing vs Renting
Requires large amount of capital funds and potential financing charges Low cost of entry, typically only requires first month rental rate upfront
Large Capital expenditures tax savings may be limited and require depreciation tracking In most cases all rental charges can be expensed in the year they were incurred
Navigating state registration for FDA 2579 submission is expensive and time consuming All state registration for FDA 2579 submission are included at no additional charge
*Note: Physicist inspections are the responsiblity of the customer
Contracting with a credible service company can be difficult to find. C-Arm Now has expert service engineers in house and a large national network of engineers to support your system
Arranging loaners or daily rentals during extensive repairs is time consuming and expensive C-Arm Now will provide free loaners during extensive repairs
Upgrading equipment with new features after purchase is almost impossible System upgrades are available at any time if the needs of the practice change
Purchasing newer equipment to ensure reliability and quality standard of care for patients can be cost prohibitive System exchange to a newer model is available upon contract renewal
